Sanctity in Time

It is a blessing to celebrate G-d's gift of a bountiful harvest.

Celebrating the bounty as well as the notion that
there is a common man in every man, and everyone feasts.

With eyes to see, each night a different holy teacher from another time
join us in our temporary dwelling place, outside, in our Sukkah.

There we dwell for 7 full days and nights concluding with dancing
with Time eternal herself, our beloved Torah.

It's through us that our children will teach it to their children and on and on.
For as long as it takes.

And bring the message of one peaceful world forward,
Until the time Moshiach becomes revealed.

Music to my Ears

Something magical and marvelous happens when
the sound of the ice cream truck approaches.

It is the excitement of being a child, grabbing coins, running to
catch it, and hoping against hope that it's not too late.

Already you begin to wonder what you'll get.
What he has.

Bummer if he's out of your first choice.
Extreme bummer if he's out of the second one too.

But glorious as catching a lightning bug when you
reach out and take the cold sweet prize.

And it's not just kids that light up.
I'm willing to bet the sound of the cold ice cream truck
approaching makes most people feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Clean slate

 Once a year, on the holiest day of the year we are given the gift to
wipe the slate clean and begin fresh and new.

Tashlich allows us to cast error to the ever-seeing eye of a fish in a fresh body of water.
Kapporos is the grace that expiates our life as women trade a hen and men a rooster and a pregnant woman a hen, rooster and another hen.

Trade the hen for your life.
Teshuva allows you to ask for forgiveness from the one you hurt, G-d and yourself and turn it
back to good and rightful kindness.

Then, wash yourself in the holy water of a mikveh.
Wear white to pray.

Daven from the depths of your heart.

And don't forget to fast.

This is the formula.
For a clean slate betweem you and G-d.
Between you and another, ask for forgiveness.

If they don't forgive you, ask 3 times.
Then give it over to G-d.
You have done all you can.

Face your fear and do it anyway.

If you hear voices in your head,
the only ones to listen to are the ones who

The Loss of 25 years is saddest part of All

The loss of 25 years of effort is
the saddest part of all.
But how can I continue fighting a loosing battle.
I throw my entire life into this relationship but I am working with a partner 
who is not firing on all cylinders. 
A man who one day acts like a man and the next day a child.
I feel as if I can never make progress with him because he has
no one who taught him how to be a husband. His role model is a narcissist posing as a father.
His parental role models had no self-esteem.
They were not available to teach what it 

means  to be loving and tender.

This was an affair that should have ended after my sons childhood years.
Instead we became religiously observant as a path to gain control over that which was out if control. 
If he had directed his passion to me, we could have built a mansion, but he 
spilled his seed, so all we have is a cardboard house.
It is a crying shame that I have wasted so much life and love.

In addition, I am hurt by people 
posing as friends. 
These people are not my friends.
How do we end this torture?
We made huge progress.
Progress....gone in a second by one who

sold his soul for a buck.

I cannot trust him. He is not for me.
He is not for himself either.
How ironic, he spends so much time praying

 only to quit and 
fall flat on his face because he cannot 

maintain life as a living prayer.
Silly man.
No one ever told him that every 
thought is a prayer. The awful thoughts he has about me are 
curses of the heart. No wonder my life hasnot grown all these 25 years.
G-d help.

It must be that G-d has entrusted a 

courageous path to help rectify a special soul. Otherwise, I would not understand at all.

Love each other the way he loved us.

To love each other the way he loved us. 
By listening ...
....To hear what the other needs.
To respond without looking out for our own best interest.

And helping in your best interest not what I think is best but what may be best 
for you despite what I think.

To hold, to be a vessel for,
To provide love, acceptance and 
Empathy and 

Understanding.
And advise accordingly.
Or not,
Just listen. 
For if you can listen, then surely you can hear.
Just listening. 
Everything else falls neatly into place.

Mitzvah is how G-d relates to us.

Mitzvas is how G-d relates to us.
Torah is nefesh neshama/soul
Limbs are connected to the body and 
Mitzvas confined to time & space

Thought is a very strong part of kevanah

The body is physical, limited to time and space.
Change as in age is limited too.

Torah is not limited.
Physical is limited.

Physical body  benefits from mitzvah, your body is connected

Spiritual body benefits from Torah

If there is Sickness in the body, look to the kashruts.

How does it work when we visit the sick,

The bottom act has to be what motivates you to begin with.

Tachlus is Earth , the ultimate purpose,
Is a production line where earth is the first thought, and ultimate greater

Atzulus exists only to give birth to Earth

person, who was walking on a pathway in the dark of night, and he was afraid of 
the thorns and ditches and from wild animals and bandits, and he didn't know

result from the four foundations, from the four humors, as is brought in the 
Mishnat Chassidim: depression and its derivatives are resulting from the 
inanimate, bad lusts and their derivatives are drawn from the vegetable, vain 
words and their derivatives are drawn from the animal, arrogance and its 
derivatives are drawn from the human (literally the one who speaks); and he who 
wants to go in the way of holiness, needs to break all of the bad attributes and 
tell about them before a Torah Scholar, meaning words of confession, and the 
Torah Scholar will clarify and indicate for him a path according to the root of 
his soul.

Why do I awaken with such sadness?
The sins I trod upon surround me.

When I throw my errors away,
I toss my "sins" to the fish.

The ever-open eye.
Fish is G-d.

I want to hand over everything today. Large and small.

My family of sisters and mother. That without my father is out of balance, sync, purpose, identity, respect for one another. I became observant and it affected my family. No turning back. Only G-d can repair and redeem.

My sister's Lee and Laurie and their kids. Lishon Hara from all of us, for all of us, stemming from the top down. I give it all to God.

The dysfunction and yetzer hara of my husband's failings and poor self esteem.
Loud and vocal-name calling reflects me frustration, isolation, observation, jealousy, smallness, being invisible, hurting to become, without direction or resources to accomplish that which brings honor to G-d glory.

Health. Reclaiming my health. Giving over the pain,  and voices of the yetzer hara of limitations and addiction, which is really the body loosing voltage and malfunctioning.  I give over the dysfunction. This allows all health to rebuild and rebalance naturally, weaning from medication naturally. Leaving pain in the dust of the earth. Eventually and naturally the body no longer requires medication. Balance is restored naturally.

Failures. Leaks, Lost with Struggle, Lack & Poverty.
Our Wheel of Fortune.
Strikes Oil.
We are Rich.

Split Seconds

I asked two women today how they viewed earthquakes.
The second woman made an interesting comment.
She said, it's the sounds that frightened me.
The quake lasts a split second.
Then quiet.
Then all the car alarms and sirens go off.
That is what was embossed on her memory.

The Choice

I find myself wondering about the choice I made 25 years ago.
That choice cost both of us.
It also blessed both our lives with love and meaning beyond ordinary human understanding.
Our choice taught me understanding.

When you loose you really win.
If we had gone our separate ways we would have remained immortal in each others eyes.


When you win you really loose.
By choosing to be together, we forfeit the
passion and longing created in ourt hearts that makes a great and powerful artist.

It's a powerful passion that turns an ordinary man into
extraordinary.
By claiming that love in the form of a structured relationship, I took the love for myself.
By walking away that love is free to become words on a page telling of life and love
in a story that lives forver.

What do I have that lives forever if I take that love, now diminished to the grave?
I must do justice to the powerful experience and share the epic legend to inspire the future generations.

Only then, will the the win be a true win and the loss be forgiven for eternity.

Electrons

Electrons are everywhere.
We can tap into them, invite them in through our skin.

But if someone has been ill for too long, compromised with immune disorders
and not able to create more that they use, then look to the scientists who came before.

They each discovered valuable information.
Some information so valuable that they were quieted.

They being names like Reicht, Tesla, Rapsamanecous, and other brilliant minds.
Or that Albert Einstein was not the most briliant mind around,
as he was marketed as. Would you believe that?

Like, it is believed Marilyn Monroe was silenced to protect JFK.
So I must sit back and wait and watch and know that few get to stand at the top of the mountain and look out and know.
