Just Pray

Why do I awaken with such sadness?
The sins I trod upon surround me.

Tashlich

When I throw my errors away,
I toss my "sins" to the fish.

The ever-open eye.
Fish is G-d.

I want to hand over everything today. Large and small.

My family of sisters and mother. That without my father is out of balance, sync, purpose, identity, respect for one another. I became observant and it affected my family. No turning back. Only G-d can repair and redeem.

My sister's Lee and Laurie and their kids. Lishon Hara from all of us, for all of us, stemming from the top down. I give it all to God.

The dysfunction and yetzer hara of my husband's failings and poor self esteem.
Loud and vocal-name calling reflects me frustration, isolation, observation, jealousy, smallness, being invisible, hurting to become, without direction or resources to accomplish that which brings honor to G-d glory.

Health. Reclaiming my health. Giving over the pain,  and voices of the yetzer hara of limitations and addiction, which is really the body loosing voltage and malfunctioning.  I give over the dysfunction. This allows all health to rebuild and rebalance naturally, weaning from medication naturally. Leaving pain in the dust of the earth. Eventually and naturally the body no longer requires medication. Balance is restored naturally.

Failures. Leaks, Lost with Struggle, Lack & Poverty.
Our Wheel of Fortune.
Strikes Oil.
We are Rich.

Split Seconds

I asked two women today how they viewed earthquakes.
The second woman made an interesting comment.
She said, it's the sounds that frightened me.
The quake lasts a split second.
Then quiet.
Then all the car alarms and sirens go off.
That is what was embossed on her memory.

The Choice

I find myself wondering about the choice I made 25 years ago.
That choice cost both of us.
It also blessed both our lives with love and meaning beyond ordinary human understanding.
Our choice taught me understanding.

When you loose you really win.
If we had gone our separate ways we would have remained immortal in each others eyes.


When you win you really loose.
By choosing to be together, we forfeit the
passion and longing created in ourt hearts that makes a great and powerful artist.

It's a powerful passion that turns an ordinary man into
extraordinary.
By claiming that love in the form of a structured relationship, I took the love for myself.
By walking away that love is free to become words on a page telling of life and love
in a story that lives forver.

What do I have that lives forever if I take that love, now diminished to the grave?
I must do justice to the powerful experience and share the epic legend to inspire the future generations.

Only then, will the the win be a true win and the loss be forgiven for eternity.

Four Types

Electrons

Electrons are everywhere.
We can tap into them, invite them in through our skin.

But if someone has been ill for too long, compromised with immune disorders
and not able to create more that they use, then look to the scientists who came before.

They each discovered valuable information.
Some information so valuable that they were quieted.

They being names like Reicht, Tesla, Rapsamanecous, and other brilliant minds.
Or that Albert Einstein was not the most briliant mind around,
as he was marketed as. Would you believe that?

Like, it is believed Marilyn Monroe was silenced to protect JFK.
So I must sit back and wait and watch and know that few get to stand at the top of the mountain and look out and know.

I am blessed to be one of these few.

A New Year

A new year is an invitation from The Great Choreagrapher to begin a new and do things with correct intention.

What do you need to take that big first step forward so that you can reach the finish line with your dream?

If it is tangible, find it, get it, use it.

If it is more time, carve it out of your days.

If it is sacred time, seal it in your vision.

If it is family time, discuss it and find a way.

If it is financial, plan, save and sell to get it.

If it is community acceptance, ask the best and brightest for their advice and assistance. 

If it is being in better shape, just do it.

If it is a new project. Map it out.

Whatever you want or need now is the time to ask. G-d wants that we should ask. Shmuel's mother Chana taught us this when she went to pray and the High Priest, accused her of being intoxicated. 

She was intoxicated because her soul was pleading desperately for her son, Shmuel, whom she was bestowed in return for her prayer that day, to give birth to and take care of until he was weaned. Then she promised in return to bring him back to the High Temple to serve G-d.

She was willing to make that "deal" for the privilege of bringing his Neshama forward into the world.

How interesting that you are both Shmuel's. and I can say at one time or another I have pleaded with G-d to that same degree asking that G-d will bless you both.

And you both are blessed. I am too.

It is for this reason that I decided to write and suggest you both to consider a daily perspective to strive to live each moment as it comes.

And perhaps you already live like this.  In a life of simplicity and goodness we merit making the best of what life presents to us.

Sometimes we are presented and we miss it. Sometimes we are presented and we look and do not choose it for ourselves. Sometimes we are presented and we grab it. 

What are you going to do with a clean slate? Paint beautiful art? Write a mathematical equation? Leave it blank? 

Complain that it is blank?

This is what Rosh HaShanah is really all about.

The opportunity to wipe the slate clean, implement everything you want sifted with lessons learned in order that you will achieve the fulfillment of bringing your dreams to reality. 

Ok. Dreams come true.
